Over 500,000 people attend the annual the Crescent St. festival alone.

Not to be outdone by Crescent Street, other popular downtown streets host their own F1 events. St. Laurent Boulevard, also known as the Main, is closed off to cars every year during the Canadian Grand Prix, attracting thousands of party-goers and casual onlookers. There are also various activities taking place on Peel Street and other hotspots around the downtown core.

The Canadian Grand Prix is one of the most popular Summer events in Montreal, drawing millions of tourists and spectators annually.
